hi! we are looking for new roomies for our eclectic, mid-century modern co-living private apartment in a secured compound near the city center. we have 2 fully-furnished rooms available, a common room and a master en-suite.

<𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻-𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲> the room (120sqft) comes with an ensuite bath (35sqft), available immediately. the rent is $1800** per month with all bills included. it has 2 lovely banks of north-facing half-height windows that faces a small inner road which isn’t too noisy - only a cute plant nursery operates till 11pm right across the road.

this private room brings lots of natural light so it’s always bright and breezy which makes it perfect for reading. blackout curtains are also installed to ensure you get a good deep, sounding sleep in your private oasis. it houses a writing desk and chair, side table, a 4-ft wide sliding wardrobe, storage shelves and a queen-sized bed which accommodates 1 person spaciously or up to 2 person. there is still available space if you need to add a study table for your WFH needs.

the ensuite comes with a spacious rectangular standing shower with both sink and shower mixers installed. water pressure is strong, providing you with warm luxurious showers after a long day at work. having an ensuite gives you the convenience of not having to fight for bathroom time with your roommates during hectic rush hour mornings.

<𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗷𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗿> the apartment is nestled within jalan besar, a culturally diverse eclectic enclave with a charming history. this vastly underrated neighbourhood has way more interesting vibes than tiong bahru and embodies many hidden gems.

the apartment is within walking distance of lavender mrt station (250m) and bendemeer mrt station (650m), 3 food centres (north bridge, berseh and beach road), > 5 food courts, a 24-hour supermarket and food joints, 2 malls (aperia and kitchener complex), > 10 cafes and fancy restaurants, > 8 gyms and martial arts studios, jalan besar swimming pool and stadium. you can even cycle to the marina bay area.

this primely located apartment is close proximity to little india, bugis and kallang/ geylang bahru and you can get to the CBD and town with just 10 mins of travel.

<𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿?> someone who treats the apartment as home, is respectfully clean (CLAYGO - clean as you go), environmentally conscious, open to good communication and active listening will be prioritised. we respect individual privacy and personal space but don’t want someone who’s anti-social and behaves like a complete stranger.

smoking and greasy cooking is not allowed. the kitchen should remain as a neutral space. as a general guide - steaming, boiling, baking and sautéing are welcome.
