A room in Parc Esta condo. Door to Eunos MRT in 5mins. The room has a Queen Sized Murphy bed with a desk when the bed is closed. Females only. Full access to condo facilities. Plenty of food options within reach. Cafe culture in your backyard (joo chiat). Would prefer someone who works at the office Mon to Fri.

I am the owner and I’m looking to rent out my 2nd bedroom as I don’t use it much. I work weekends so you will get some privacy then. I have a very friendly rescue dog living in the premises with me. I keep late nights but will generally be in my room and generally settle in by latest 12am.
