The apartment is a HDB by Farrer Road MRT (note: not Farrer Park)

Room is a master room with a queen size bed and a separate study area. Private bathroom for occupant.

Location is rather central and accessible:

• 15min bus ride to Orchard
• On the circle line, but within 2 stops of two interchanges (Botanic Gardens and Buona Vista)
• Near NUS for students/research staff
• Above Empress Market, nearby Adam Road and Holland Village food centers for affordable meal options

Min lease period - 6 months, longer leases preferred. Move in 5th June, somewhat flexible and can be discussed Cleaner comes every 2 weeks Utilities and cleaning fee not included, usually comes up to 100 to 150/month No landlord. Guests are fine, just heads up everyone if it’s a big party of friends you’re hosting. Overnight guests allowed, but no squatting please.

There’s a total of 5 rooms, each with a single tenant. Sometimes partners stay over, that’s totally cool. Everyone is friendly and tidy. Pretty chill environment and looking for someone who’s similar.

We’re a bunch of late 20s, early-mid 30s professionals. 2 Singaporeans, 1 Vietnamese and 1 Thai.
