We have 2 common rooms for rent in a condo right behind Hillview MRT (2 min walk or less)! You’ll be right by nature if that’s your jam – there’s an entrance to the Rail Corridor right outside one of the condo’s gates, and The Rail Mall is right across the road. There’s also a Cold Storage and many restaurants nearby at HillV2.

We have 2 photos of each room (one painted green and the other a pale yellow). Don’t worry – we’re getting it repainted white for a more modern look so this isn’t the final look.

The 2 rooms will be sharing the common toilet.

• Duration and leasing: $1500/mo + 1mo deposit (no agent fee)

• Utilities and wifi are included in the rent, capped at $70/pax/month (i.e. if the total utilities for the house exceed $280, we’ll split the excess amongst all the housemates)

• Aircon servicing, repairs and maintenance fee of $15 per room per month

• Condo maintenance fee will be borne by my partner and I

• Security deposit: 2 months’ rent ($3000)

• Single occupancy

• Length of Contract: 2 years

• Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle all for shared use

• Furnishing: comes with built-in wardrobe and super single bed

About us: We’re a couple and will be the master tenants of the house. We are two working professionals in our late 20s and are both extroverted-introverts, i.e. we enjoy reading together but also love hanging out with our friends (and hopefully our future housemates? wink wink). Looking to build a peaceful household where everyone’s space is respected and we can get along well.

No silly rules regarding guests or cooking, just let other housemates know ahead of time if guests are coming over, and clean kitchen after use :)
