Rent is $1600 inclusive of everything (electricity, aircon, water, WiFi, bi-weekly cleaning and good vibes 😎) I have 2 common rooms available (both same size) fully furnished with super single bed frame with storage underneath, mattress, wardrobe, study table, shelves and chair.
Walking distance to Ang Mo Kio MRT, the place is beautifully renovated and you will feel like you are living in a nice condo/hotel :) A perfect place to enjoy after a long day at work.
If storage is your thing, this place is full of carpentry and in-built storage spaces. Located on a breezy high floor with a kick-ass balcony, you can scream your sorrows away to the wind while sipping a glass of wine/coffee/water/coke zero/bubble tea.

Lastly, unit comes with a wine chiller, nespresso machine, beautiful covered balcony, a bar (yes, I am not kidding) and a Bose sound system. Also complete with practical things like fridge, stove, water heater, TV. You may entertain your friends but a heads up is required and a clean up after is a non negotiable. Visitors are okay, but keep the noise down as we have neighbours.
To clarify, I am not the landlord. I am just a girl from Malaysia making a living here, enjoying the x3 exchange rate.
