The house has 2 massive bedrooms, fully furnished, with charm and high ceilings. Sadly, our flatmate is leaving Singapore and we are looking for a replacement to move in beginning of June or earlier. We are a couple from Belgium.

The house is very spacious, with an expansive kitchen and ample working-from-home space. This setup is ideal for a person or couple looking for a homely and spacious living arrangement. More than the typical Singapore condo the house feels very plugged in to the surrounding community, with a gorgeous front porch and a blooming garden out the back. There are loads of gyms, bars and cafés nearby. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to supermarkets, to the main road or to the Paya Lebar/Eunos MRT station.

Friendly Belgian couple, in Singapore since 2020. Moved into this property in October 2022 and have really enjoyed the amazing amount of space this house has to offer (previously we lived in condos with ~1000sqft for 2 persons and this is much bigger).
