URGENT FEMALE ROOMMATE NEEDED Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well! I am currently looking for a female roommate to share a room with me in a 3 bhk flat. The other room is taken by my other female friend who is working. Professionally, I am a NUS student and would prefer a student or a working professional of the same age group. The room will be available to share from 5-7 June-2023. Our flat is located in a prime location, just 700m away from Jurong East MRT station and with a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the house. The rent is 850 SGD per month, and a deposit of 2 months’ rent will be required. Our flat is fully furnished with all the basic amenities you need, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, air fryer, induction, sofa, and air conditioner. We are also surrounded by 5 hawker centres, making it easy to find delicious food nearby.
