Hello. I am looking for a professional working man or woman or student to occupy a common room in a 2 bedroom condo.

• Lease start any date in April or 1st May 2023.
• Good location at central. Only 2 bus stops away from Newton MRT and Steven MRT. 5mins to Orchard Road.
• Common bedroom with bathroom outside but will only be use by you.
• Bedroom with aircon.
• Visitor allowed for few hours visit (no overnight stay)
• Can cook and also bake.
• Washing machine with dryer.
• Must be okay with cat. I have a three-legged cat.
• Rent asking for $1800 (including utilities, wifi and cleaning services)
• No agent fees, no landlord staying.

• I’m a 33 years old female engineer staying in the master bedroom with my boyfriend but he’s travelling for work so hardly in Singapore.
• I have a 3 legged cat.
