2. You will be taking the Master Room with en-suite bath.
3. Your room is furnished with queen sized bed, wardrobe.
4. Rent is inclusive of monthly utilities and aircon servicing every 3 months.
5. You are free to use the common areas such as the kitchen, dining table, washer, fridge.
6. Walking distance to Tiong Bahru MRT and Havelock MRT.
7. Cheap food options at 115 Bukit Merah Market and Tiong Bahru Market.
8. Supermarket at Tiong Bahru Plaza

1. We are a group of 4, staying in the other 3 rooms.
2. 3 guys and 1 girl, the three guys are working office jobs and the girl is in sales.
3. We have been staying together for a long time.
4. We enjoy our privacy and keeping the house clean. We hope you can do your part too.
