Things to Note > We prefer a couple, but all are welcomed. > No visitors or guests > Use washing machine considerably, at least half load. > Use air-con considerably, do not turn on for many hours. > Feel free to re-arrange the room to your liking. > The whole family showers in the master bedroom toilet, and hardly uses common toilet. > Owner will clean common toilet every 1-2 weeks, depending on cleanliness. > 1 male sleeping on bed in living room, but only at home during night and rarely in weekends. > Please maintain cleanliness at all time. > Family of 4, Chinese family but english-oriented. > Owners are quiet, friendly, reasonable and understanding. > Pets not allowed, with some exceptions (e.g. fish, hamster).
