We have a common room with balcony in a 3 Bedroom penthouse Condo (1300 sqft) . Shared bathroom with 1pax. Room is equipped with AC and Closet (No bed and table provided). House is well furnished . Condo has good swimming pool , gym , bbq pits , steam room , tennis court .

No landlord/owner . No agent fee . Cooking allowed . Visitors allowed. No weird rules.

Condo is 8 at Woodleigh. 5-7mins walk to Woodleigh or Potong Pasir MRTs , hawker centres , clinics , gym etc . One MRT Stop to Serangoon. Easy access to Central and Downtown Area . Good nature , parks , cycling and running tracks (PCN) nearby.

We are easy going , friendly , clean , mixed nationals , mixed gender , working professionals in our late 20s and early 30s . We all are tenants .
