General basic rules:

1. No visitors are allowed. (For some occasions, can discuss)
2. No smoking in the house
3. Keep the common area clean after use.

Additional fee: cleaning fee $15 every 2 weeks.(Maid will come to clean the rooms and common areas like living room, dining, & kitchen)
