Toa Payoh North

Room in a centrally located HDB with a quick 7 min walk to Braddell MRT. The house is fully furnished and recently renovated, but the room provided will be unfurnished. Cooking/guests/pets are all allowed! We just ask everyone to be mindful and respectful of the people and space. There is only 1 toilet in the house between 3 people, however we haven’t run into any issues regarding toilet use as the shower and toilet are separate from the sink. Utilities (water/electricity/WiFi) are split evenly between 3 housemates. Due to lease agreements, we are looking for a Singaporean citizen or PR.

I’m an engineer that will have to travel often for work. I play the guitar and experiment in the kitchen in my free time. Ryan is currently studying and working part time. We both enjoy hanging out together occasionally and understand that alone time is also important as well. We get together to clean and tidy up the common areas once a week, and are open to suggestions about household needs. Basically looking for someone to treat the space like a home and not a dorm!
