Our housemate is finishing up her internship and we’re looking for someone to take over her room on 21 Jul! You will have 2 other housemates, me (main tenant) and Ananya (occupying the master room), and from time to time and when we have the capacity, we love taking leisurely evening walks at the beautiful!! Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park right across our place and end the evening with a bowl of ice cream and Love Is Blind 👀 In this house while we value each other’s company, we also respect one another’s space 🙂

This common room is super bright and airy, centrally located at Sin Ming Avenue, just next to Bright Hill MRT and our favourite Bishan Park! Bathroom will only be shared with one other neat and tidy housemate and only 3 housemates including you!

• just 3 mins walk from Bright Hill MRT
• new queen bed furnished by very generous landlord at the beginning of the lease in January
• kitchen has tons of storage space, and is equipped with a dishwasher and oven
• large smart TV
• very spacious, bright and airy
• no owner staying, only cool housemates 😎

• Open-minded and lgbtq+ friendly
• Responsible, emotionally mature, and respectful
• Open to getting a cleaner to come in once every 2 weeks
• Able to move in around 21 Jul 2023
• Able to commit to a 1.5 year lease with 2 months deposit + 1 month rental in advance

Ananya (34F) is our other housemate, taking the master room, she’s from India and she’s an Academic English Teacher.
