There are a minimum of 4 buses to take to get to the MRT station.

Max persons living in the house is 3 inclusive of prospective tenant. No restriction in movement in all common areas nor curfew. Owner spends much time in master bedroom. Tenant is only expected to clean own room. Landlord is looking for female tenant. Must be comfortable with dogs., ideally, like dogs.
