Singapore rent is getting super expensive, so I am sharing my space to you who are looking for a landed-house living space.

A beautiful landed house, with backyard and open air kitchen and dining room converted to indoor with glass-door. A total of 4 bed room landed house, I use one of them, and use another one for my working room. You can use all the space in the house, except my room and my working room. Consider the rent inclusive of space a landed house with its furnishing, cleaning, utilities and laundry. Include all bills, and a full-time helper that can clean your room and laundry your clothes.

Must be dogs friendly as I have 3 small dogs that roam freely in the house and usually sleep with me in my room. They are very friendly if you are a dog lover. They are my fur kids :)

I live by my self in the house, with 1 full-time helper that cleans the house including all rooms, make the beds, serve meals if needed, and do laundry.

Room 1: SGD 2950/month (inclusive all utilities, laundry, room cleaning, full time helper)

Room 2: SGD 2500/month (inclusive all utilities, laundry, room cleaning, full time helper)

House Agreement:

• Minimum 1 month stay
• Inclusive all utility bills & daily laundry
• Inclusive free wifi, Netflix, HBO GO, Apple TV (using my accounts)
• No smoking indoor
• No additional pets as I have 3 dogs in the house
• The space is only for you, no extra person to stay with you (no over night stay for guests)
• You can ask my helper to cook for you if you wish, she’s a good cook :)
• My helper will help clean your room everyday — we all love a clean house
• Please clean your mess after using the common area — we all love a clean space :)
