Looking for a housemate!!

Hi everyone, I am looking for a housemate (male/female) to share a two bedroom apartment in archipelago condominium at Bedok Reservoir. Direct MRT line to town (7 minute walk to Bedok North station) Kitchen, dining and living area will be shared. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom fully furnished with aircon. See below for pictures (extra furniture from the previous tenant will be removed, only keeping essentials like wardrobe and bed)

Looking for someone to commit to a 2 year lease starting end January 2023.

Rent would be SGD 2000 / month.

The condo has a pool, gym, tennis courts, bbq pits, etc.
