Looking for someone to takeover my roommate’s lease for Master Bedroom in a 2BR loft style condo at River Valley area. Move-in date: 5 January 2023. Lease ends on 4 July 2024.

You will have a housemate, however, you will have your own privacy as the other bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom. Prefer a single professional female tenant to takeover as the housemate will be female.

Rent will be SGD 2500 non-negotiable, will also have to takeover her deposit.

There is a common room that you can use (pictured), and a kitchen. You also have bomb shelter for additional storage.
