Lorong 13 Geylang

I’m an expat who recently got retrenched and looking to move back home.

A very nice spacious studio with a queen sized bed, private bathroom and one sofa chair, drawers and wardrobe included too located on Lorong 13 Geylang. If I didn’t have to leave, I would’ve stayed for a much longer time! Don’t have to worry about being hungry, surrounded by cheap and good food. Lots of 24 hour shops and restaurants nearby.

The landlord is very approachable and an awesome guy. He just opened a bar on the ground floor, which the tenants can go to have a couple of drinks, or hangout in the back. It will eventually be a day time cafe where tenants would be able to get their breakfast as well. Tenants get happy hour drinks all day!

The room is on a 1 year lease which I’ve occupied about 5 months. (7 months remaining). Potential tenants can choose to continue the 7 months lease or start a new one.
