About the room

This is a mordern common room with the toilet just next to it in a beautiful newly renovated two bedroom unit about 7 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT. We are looking for a clean and tidy professional to share the unit. The unit comes in fully furnished already with appliances of fridge, washing machine, microwave, many cooking utensils and a gigantic kitchen to share. The kitchen is also attached to a convertable bar/dining area. In the living room, there is a well-designed Japanese style tatami that can be either used as a dining space for a few friends, or convert into a temporary but comfortable room for friend’s stayover. In the common room, the wardrobe, a double bed and mattress are fully furnished also. The condo also has a swimming pool and a small gym on the second floor and a bbq pit on the ground floor.

The condo is about 7 mins walking distance to Paya Lebar MRT which takes you to work around Raffles Place and City Hall in 20 mins by Green Line; to entertainment at Esplanade and Bayfront in 20 mins by Circle Line. There are four shopping malls nearby. It is also less than 15 mins either by bus or by bike to the East Coast for great seafood and weekend leisures. The nice food on Geylang road, Joo Chiat Road and East Coast Road are all within 20-30 mins stroll.

About the roomies

About us your new flatmates. The two of us have lived in Singapore for more than ten years, working in marketing and energy, love food, travel, photography. We are open and easy going and have had quite some flatmates before; some we have developed a great relationships with and stayed friends even they have moved to other countries from Singapore. Yet we do have rules when it comes to living as flatmates–the bottom line is respecting each other, keeping the house clean and tidy, and no smoking.
