About the room
Large air conditioned fully furnished common room, quiet and near amenities. 2 food centers nearby, 2 supermarkets nearby, one being NTUC Fairprice. 2 bus stops away from Bishan MRT station, 2 minutes walk to bus stop and shops. Opposite direction is Bishan Park which also takes 2 to 3 minutes walk to get there. 1 Pocketed spring mattress with mattress protector is provided. Tenant is free to hang around the living room if he or she does not wish to stay in the room all the time. Sharing bathroom with 1 other tenant. Looking for 1 adult only and who works from office daily, office hours. Must be comfortable with dogs.
About the roomies
As a landlord, I only have 2 main concerns and that is unnecessary wastage of utilities and lack of care for my property. As such, if prospective tenant is someone who is considerate of such matters, we will have a good relationship as landlord and tenant.
I am easy going if you are someone who is sensible. I also do not interfere and respect my tenants and so, i give them privacy and freedom as long as I am not affected in terms of the main concerns that I have stated above.
I also am one who will get repairs done as quickly as possible if anything breaks down because I understand the inconvenience that may cause to my tenants.
Other tenant is a young lady. Stays alot in her room. and sleeps quite early.
