I have this beautiful common room which is fully furnished so you just have to bring your bag in.

What I like the most is the distance to the MRT Blue Line/ Downtown Line which only less than 5 minutes walk from my block.

In addition:

1. New Aircon
2. Renovated Bathroom (with a new quick heating water heater)
3. Maid for cleaning
4. Single bed with pull out bed
5. Ceiling fan (in case you prefer this over aircon)
6. High Speed unlimited broadband (Fibre Broadband 2Gbps). This is most important thing for me :).
7. All sports place (badminton, basketball, Running track)
8. Coffee Shop (less than 5 min walking distance)
9. Washing machine and dryer (if you are in rush, you definitely need this).

Myself with my family are there living in Master room. We love to hangout in the parks and exercise near Bedok Reservoir. Lots of exercise/ hangout places nearby and also near the polytechnic school.
