I have a common room available, bathroom is outside of the room but it is basically your own bathroom. House size is 990 sqft, nicely renovated and very spacious with 2 balconies. Short term available, but prefers long term.

$1700 monthly rent + $100 utility bills.

This is a newly renovated house so all furnitures and fixtures are new!

Tv is equipped with Netflix and Disney+!

I have a small Pomeranian dog who doesnt pee and poo in the house so you can be rest assured the house is clean and does not smell. But I am unable to accept housemate with pets as cats need meshing and I dont want to have the house modified, while for dogs, it may be tough due to home cleanliness.

Condo is near Joo Chiat, food area, bus stops to Cold Storage supermarket, and just 10 mins walk to Eunos MRT or 4 mins bus ride to Kembangan MRT. Coming home from Eunos MRT will have bus number 13, 150, 155 and stops right before the condo’s small road. The location is super convenient.

Small condo development so this condo is pretty quiet especially your evening time. The house is well ventilated and very airy.

Looking for a housemate: Only ladies. Single occupant. No kids, no toddlers. Friendly to my dog but dont spoil him to create new bad behavior. Strictly non smoker/no vaping or similar kinds. Clean and tidy. You need to clean your own room and toilet. Visitors allowed but not overnight stay.

I value quietness and personal space, thus this house is not open for your family, cousins, and friends to stay overnight but they are welcomed to visit.

Facilities: Cooking allowed as I cook, but be responsible to not break the kitchen and also clean up after and wash plates well. Visitors allowed but please for this benefit, do not trash the house or make too much noise not to disturb neighbours. Smoker visitors not allowed as I have sensitive nose and it gives me migraine. Built-in oven. Rooftop swimming pool.

Rental is inclusive of utility bill, would greatly appreciate saving energy practice.

Rental price is below market as the unit above me was taken at $4500. As long as you are clean and maintain the cleanliness of this house, I’m more than happy to offer you $1800 monthly inc utility plus wifi, disney+, netflix.

I live in this house with my small dog. I enjoy cooking and baking so you can do the same too! I enjoy playing Nintendo Switch games and watch movies. Sometimes (not weekly, not often) I have my friends coming over for catch up or lunch/dinner. I enjoy growing my little edible garden plants. We are quiet people overall and on my off days, I enjoy playing piano.

As I clean the house everyday, do help me maintain the cleanliness of the house as well.

My dog is a very quiet and well behaved dog.
