Hi Everyone!
We have 1 furnished room for rent with all the basic needs - AC, WIFI, Bed, Wardrobe,desk/chair as well as basic home appliances such as washing machine, fridge, microwave oven etc.
We’re located in the East and is very accessible to just about anywhere. It is a 2 Story House in a Private Estate with walking distance to Bedok MRT, Busses, Shops,Supermarket, Shopping Centers, Cafe’/Restaurants, Gyms, Spas etc.
It’s a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and we’ve had folks from different continents of the world, made up of students and professionals.
We are simply looking for folks who are - Clean, and Considerate with Good Sanitary Hygiene
$850 with Utilities. So if you’re up for it, and if you don’t mind living with pets - let us know so we can arrange for a viewing as soon as possible.
