Scruff's room

One of the few remaining great places in Singapore; off the beaten track, quiet, solace, birds, bees, nature. Not for all. Basic but beautiful. It is out the back as Aussies say; has its own loo and shower, and entrance, so privacy is there. Not all details are listed, as I like to discuss people’s needs, rather than generalise. THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE SPACE

• ~ 4 metre square, located at the back of a walk-up.
• Accessible from the rear of the block
• wifi and internet
• own toilet and shower.
• a bunk bed, with ladder steps., under which is a workbench.
• a small table with chair, underneath the clothes hanging space.
• very quiet, within walking distance of buses, Commonwealth, and One north.
• 2 fan cooled, using the AC costs extra.
• a washing machine and clothesline.
• Respect for the premises and others. Preference is for a long-term female tenant who is working, a teacher, a student, a professional; is easy to get along with.

I am single, borderline ancient, quiet, clean, work from home, and ask little of any guest, other than to treat the premise properly. I share with a local girl; sometimes we are even home at the same time. Any assistance will be given, if possible
