The room is neat and clean, and there is only one owner staying inside. The owner is nice and friendly.

Convenient traffic: about 10 mins walking distance to Buangkok MRT. There are many buses available just at the rear door of the condo, e.g. 80, 82, 87, 88, 89, 119, which can take you to many places, such as Bugis, Tai Seng, Changi, Pasir Ris, Woodlands, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio etc.

Convenient life: There is 24-hour giant supermarket and hawker center just opposite the condo (just need to cross the road). There is also big NTUC, kopitiam, KFC, subway, Koi, bakery shop at Buangkok MRT. You may also choose to go Hougang Mall or Compass One, both are not far away.

There is full facility in the condo, including super big swimming pool, gym, BBQ pit, function room, sauna, tennis court, badminton court， ping-pong room, karaoke room etc

The flat is on the 12th floor, facing a quiet garden and is very windy. More importantly, the master room is super big, and there is also a very big wardrobe and toilet provided. In addition, there will also be a bed, mattress, and big table provided. There will also be 2 new cabinets and a TV provided. The toilet bowl and air-conditioning are new in the master room. Small cooking is allowed. Fridge and washing machine can be used too.

You may move in anytime after 1st Nov 2022. Prefer 1 Chinese female. The rental fee is $1300 per month. Max two persons. If two persons, prefer two Chinese females or couples, and the rental fee is $1400. The PUB bill needs to be shared. Welcome tenants who like to be clean to consult and visit the house.
