The room has been vacant since COVID-19 outbreak. King size bed, 1.5m length study desk and a new white colour wardrobe will be provided, size L70 X D46 X H180cm. Aircon, Wifi, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer are provided. DM for contact. No offence taken but we prefer solo or couple male tenant(s). No smoker. A long term (one year) lease is preferred.

We are Chn gay couple in our 35+ working in SG. We stay in master bedroom and no other tenant except a cat. Hope the tenant can maintain the cleanliness in the room regularly.
