ABOUT THE CONDO

Super convenient location, near the Queenstown Library, and Dawson Fairprice. The new hawker centre with a supermarket just opened right across the road. We are also very near the Commonwealth MRT food court, where there is also a Sheng Siong.

1 bus stop away from Queenstown/Commonwealth mrt in either direction.

As for amenities, we have a swimming pool, function room + bbq, gym, and jacuzzi pool.

We’re at a high floor with a good view, and super breezy most days.

No background check required, but I’d like to take a look at your ID to make sure it’s valid. We won’t be able to accommodate mammal pets (cats/dogs/rabbits), but fish/terrapin are fine. You would be able to register your address here.

I also hire a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean, and we may increase frequency as needed. She cleans for all the rooms, and this is included in the bills too.

There is air-conditioning for all the rooms.

ABOUT THE COMMON AREAS

We have a shared fridge and kitchen appliances with a electric induction stove, along with others (oven, air fryer, pressure cooker), free to use as long as you clean up after. We also have a washing machine that has a dryer function. Visitors, including overnight, are fine too. You may find that it could be too small to share the bed; if that’s the case, they’re welcome to sleep outside on the sofa, or in your room on the floor.

ABOUT THE ROOM

We’ve maximised the use of space here, with storage both below and above the bed. There’s a pull out table and space to hang clothes, too. You’ll also have some storage space in the living room. Cozy little space - I would have stayed in this room if not for my partner.

WHY STAY WITH US?

The location is great - we’re near downtown, and also near the one-north area. The condo is new, with most people moving in from 2022 onwards. As such the facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool, gym, lounge, BBQ pit and function room - are very new. Specifically for us, as a landlord I aim to be transparent and discuss issues. We have a house chat to coordinate visitors and announcements. Previously I’ve bought extra comforters and sound insulation materials to make sure my tenants are comfortable. I’m also pretty permissive, letting one tenant bring a visitor almost every day and letting that visitor shower and cook, and letting tenants make full use of the facilities. If you want to stay in your room all day and keep the aircon turned on 24/7, that’s fine too (though it doesn’t seem very healthy!). I also bought multi-type extension plugs in the house so you won’t need to worry about adapters.

ABOUT YOU

We appreciate someone who’s clean - meaning that after you cook, you’ll also remove your leftovers from the sink, and soap down the stove if you’ve used it. You’ll also take out the trash from your room regularly.

1. It’s me (female) and my partner living in the common room, sharing toilet with you. I’m 25 and he’s 27 years old, both working in IT.

2. We have 1 male student tenant in the master bedroom, his lease ends 14 July 2023, but he may extend and continue.

3. Bonus points - I host friends from other countries from time to time. If you are able to accommodate it’d be great. Otherwise that’s fine too - it’s more a nice to have.
