Best of all, you are 3 mins away from Pasir Panjang mrt station even though the property is on a private residential street. It is also close to many green spaces including kent ridge and labrador park, as well as eateries along Pasir Panjang Road. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away.

There are other singles (including a Japanese and French) and 1 Asian couple in the other studios, but you do not need to share any living space with them. Everyone lives in their own studio but says a friendly hi on the rare occasion that we do bump into each other.
