A roomie and I have rented a place at Telok Blangah and we have a room to spare. Is it you we’re looking for?

Location 📍

We are close to nature (Mt Faber, Hort Park, Henderson Waves), Tiong Bahru and Harbourfront MRT + easy access to Science Park/ NUS/ Mapletree. There are also buses that go directly to the city, Clarke Quay, CBD, Little India and many more.

Amenities / Facilities 🏪

Within a few min walk there’s a hawker centre, supermarket and wet market. The unit is on the highest floor with amazing wind and views and is fully (and beautifully) furnished. I don’t mean to upsell it but I’ve been searching since March and jumped on this one immediately bc it was perfect ✨✨🌈 The house has a washer, beautiful bathroom, and a TV for Netflix parties 🎉

The logistics 📑

I signed for a 3-year lease but am open to giving the option to a) get a replacement after 12 months, or b) exit without replacement with 1-2 month’s notice after 24 months Security deposit is 1 month per 1 year’s lease.

Rental is $1400/month and utilities/ cleaning/ internet will be split amongst all.

We aim to have a household where housemates are friends and friends are family 🌈💕
