We currently have a spacious bedroom available from August onwards which fits a queen size bed, spacious desk, build-in closet and side table with lamp. Location is at Marine Parade with direct view on East Coast Park. The bathroom is shared with 1 lady.

Facilities The apartment comes with a tennis court, swimming pool and mini mart. It also is beautifully located next to east coast park within 5 minute walking distance. You can hike, cycle or go for runs if you feel like it. There is also a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex which will bring you to all places around Singapore

Price

• The room is $SGD 1350 per month and add +/- a $100 on utilities.
• Deposit of 1.5 months need to be paid (It’s something our landlord required)
• Furniture in the room can stay for a one time fee of $500 (bed, mattress, side table and desk are all new).

Roommates The apartment is occupied by a lovely French/Singaporean couple (master bedroom) and a French lady (Common Room) both under 30 years old. They are always looking for a new friend to travel, party or just relax with. There are no restrictions whatsoever.
