I have a common room available in a beautifully furnished apartment just off Orchard, within walking distance to Tanglin Mall and Botanical Gardens 150m away from the new Orchard Boulevard station.

The room is available from mid-May or 1 June. I will not consider couples or two people sharing as the washroom is shared with the other common room.

The space is bright, windy and lovingly furnished as home, not a transient rental flat. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and perfect for someone who loves cooking. The room is fully furnished and has plenty of space for flexibility on how you’d set it up for your own needs

The apartment has separate dining and living areas and I’ve got a small creative studio set up in one corner.

The balcony is an amazing spot for morning coffee and spectacular sunsets, overlooking lots of greenery in the neighbourhood.

The building is old, so there’s no condo facilities, but much better space inside than new condos. It’s perfectly situated for exercising in Botanical Gardens.

Having guests over is fine, as long as everyone’s respectful and kind and no late night parties.

Rent includes PUB (capped at 200/month) and WiFi. My cleaner usually comes weekly to handle the common space. No agent fees and this is not a run by a third party “co-living” company. Minimum rental period is 3 months, but price is slightly negotiable for someone who wants to settle in long term until the current lease expires end of June 2024.
