The location of the property is excellent - peaceful and lively neighborhood. Only about a 10 minute walk from Clarke Quay, and walking distance to Somerset MRT, Fort Canning MRT, Fort Canning Park, Killiney Road, Orchard Central, Plaza Singapura, etc. There is also a pool available, as part of the complex. The room is unfurnished except for a twin-sized bed frame and the living room/common area is very spacious. A washer and dryer is included as part of the unit + split AC’s in every room.

To reiterate on rent: Rent is $1000 monthly, plus utilities/Internet (the utilities and Internet bill will be split among the three of you).

The other two tenants are Indian female design/art students in their late 20s. The environment is quiet, as the school is a very rigorous course. The school schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00AM to 6:00PM, and because of the workload, my roommates also work on their projects after school and on the weekends. They generally keep to themselves and rarely cook as they don’t have time (but you are definitely welcome to cook, if you’d like!).

Because I’ll be moving out, there will be 3 people total living in the flat: the two tenants mentioned above, and you. Each person has their private room, and the spacious common area + kitchen is of course free for you to use and live in. The bathroom will be shared with just one other tenant.

Visitors are welcome, but no partying of course.
