Holland Avenue

A common room is available in a high floored 2-bedroom apartment at Holland Avenue (5 mins walking distance from Holland Village MRT).

The place is pretty cozy and convenient for people working at One-North, Metropolis, Science park, NUS, CBD, and other places. The unit has all required utilities and accessories like fibre broadband WiFi, aircon, washer, fridge, oven, cooking gas, espresso machine, water heater, TV with Netflix account, Amazon Alexa and other general utilisable equipment. The unit has separate shower and toilet which need to be shared with one person. There are no weird house rules (just keep the house clean and tidy). Cooking and visitors are allowed.

About amenities nearby -Two grocery stores: Fairprice finest and Cold Storage (24-hours) are in 2 mins walking distance -This area is known for its great food so there are a lot of options to eat outside during nights and weekends -The room is fully furnished, and the apartment has serene views on two sides. -Buses to the city and other areas right outside the apartment.

The second room (common room) is occupied by me, a Research Fellow. My previous flatmate has moved to overseas. Previously, with her (my previous flatmate): I used to cook rustic Italian dishes, and she loved baking, so on weekends, we used to invite friends for dinner and games. Generally, we play Board games, Nintendo, watch movies on TV or Projector and do other outside activities (pottery, painting class, bowling, Zumba, yoga, badminton, etc.). I like to meet new people so the new flatmate can invite his/her friends for dinner/lunch. PS- I respect others’ privacy, and therefore, I would like a similar minded person to join.
