There are 24hr coin-operated laundromats close by for your usage. 3 min walk to Braddell MRT/2 bus stops to Toa Payoh/ 4 bus stops to Cadelcott MRT Very Close to Downtown(Orchard) and easy to get to the West(Holland V/Buona Vista/NUS) via the Circle Line or even Woodlands via the Upper Thomson East Coast line. We are centrally located thus it is convenient to get to any part of Singapore! You will be living with a friendly local Christian family with their children and cats. You are welcome to play with them ☺️ We are very particular about cleanliness despite having pets(they are only allowed to roam outside the bedrooms) so we would likewise want a responsible,neat and tidy female tenant:)
