It’s an executive apartment(HDB) with ample space to be hanging around or working from home. Decent sized wine fridge if you need to store/chill your wines.

Hi there, i’m(41m) opening up to co-sharing my place with someone like-minded. Just to be upfront, i’m the owner of the place and if you see another ad that i posted; that’s me helping my mom looking for a tenant for her place. I’m chill and laid back.
