Bishan Street 13

It can be a shared bathroom (Jack and Jill kind) with another standard room. However, I don’t intend to rent out the other room yet. So you will be using the bathroom for yourself only. It is beautifully renovated, and a new air-con Daikin has been installed.

I just renovated the bathrooms and the kitchen.

It’s a central location at Bishan with red and yellow lines. Super convenient and just four stops is Orchard road.

It’s a huge apartment.

Do note that I don’t take in couples. No visitors are allowed. Thanks for respecting my space.

STRICTLY NO heavy cooking is allowed, but light cooking is ok. Making coffee or instant noodles is okay. I’ll provide you a mini fridge in your room so you can store your stuff.

I am a busy traveller and right now due to Covid I am here but will be travelling soon. This is a spare place I have as I stay at another place and hardly around at Bishan.

I am easygoing but like my space and privacy too. I am a bit reserved but otherwise friendly in general.
