About the room
Hello! My flatmate is leaving the country in April and I am looking for someone to take over the lease (single occupancy only) from April 5th.
This is a 2 bedroom 2-floor apartment (1195 sq ft). I currently occupy the bottom floor, and you will be staying in the master bedroom above (comes with a +1 study!). There is a pretty generous outside area on the second floor, and we currently have a small pool there 🙂
The lease is until May 2023, so I am only looking for someone longterm and can commit to this. Please be clean, and respectful, especially if you do have people over. The rent is $1750(non-negotiable), and we typically split the utilities equally - water, electricity and internet comes up to about $100 - $150++/pax Happy to arrange for house viewing if interested. About the roomies
A bit about myself - I work in communications and am a local Singaporean. Am pretty easy-going and if you enjoy working out or cooking we’re definitely going to be friends! Just be respectful of each other’s space :)
