Looking to sublease a common bedroom (with your own bathroom next to it). I’ll be taking the master bedroom. The unit is a 2bed 2bath place with total area of c.900sqft.

Name of condo is The Arris. Comes with swimming pool, gym and bbq area.

Arrangement:

• I live alone and would expect the same , ie not looking for couples.
• utilities and other costs to be split equally (eg weekly cleaning, aircon maintenance etc).
• common space to be shared.
• $1900 per month + the shared costs.
• can move in anytime, sooner the better.
• looking for someone respectful , considerate, neat, chill and fun.
• shared spaces are furnished, been trying to piece them up over the past months.
• your room comes with a bed, mattress, side table and built-in wardrobe.

About me:

• walks to work (CBD) most days.
• Occasionally wfh.
• travel from time to time.
• social but don’t bring parties home.
• outdoorsy and chill.
• relatively new in Singapore (8 months).
• enjoys cooking and baking.
