Diane's room

A two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, with a huge balcony, private bathroom, equipped kitchen, internet, and amazing social area (lap pool, green area) near to NUS (less than 10 minutes walking). Photos of the house and room will be provided to interested people. The room is not a master bedroom but the roomie will have a private bathroom next door! OBS: The room will be ready only after Feb 7 as we also just moved and need to organize everything at first to receive the roomies in a good environment! =) Accessibility to public transport: HAW PAR VILLA MRT STATION (1.59 km) KENT RIDGE MRT STATION (1.6 km) ONE NORTH MRT STATION (2.06 km)

We are looking for someone that studies or works in NUS or region. Not age requirements or any absurd requirements but should be someone that respect the house environment and helps to hold the house clean and in a good state. Visitors are very welcome as this will be your house as well!
