There are 2 furnished common rooms to be let out.. The first furnished common room has a queen bed and the 2nd furnished bedroom has a single bed and can accommodate a 2nd single bed if needed. The place is quiet n good neighbours. Downstairs and nearby are many shops and ntuc fairprice grocery and clinics, eateries, food courts, bus stop with many regular buses and aljunied mrt, paya lebar mrt, ocbc, dbs, uob ATMs, hardware stores, national library, singpost, etc within an established estate.
I am in tech and work from home when possible.. and I have stayed here for many years and knows the neighbourhood well.
