I have a room in Clarke quay. Its pretty spacious compared to most new condos. Bedroom comes with a 1.5m wide wardrobe, desk and a queen size bed (bedroom 2- see in floorplan image, highlighted in blue)

3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and there will be max 3 people in the unit. Room is $1500 per month.

About the building, It is at 11 keng cheow street, called The Riverside Piazza, exactly behind the riverside point (brewerks, cafe iguana)and is 3 bus stop away from raffles place. Older development and it does have a swimming pool.

Clarke quay mrt is just across the road, Chinatown & Fort canning mrt is 2 blocks away. lots of restaurants & bars around as you would’ve expect in such a central location. For groceries there are fairprice, meidi-ya and cold storage all within 5-10 mins walking distance

About me. Female 29 y/o designer, easygoing and staying in the master bedroom but am hardly home. The other girl is American, in pharmaceutical. Treat the house as your own,hence as long as you keep the common spaces neat and clean, quiet at bedtime (11pm+) you are free to do anything really, I do host occasional dinner & wine here and you’re welcomed to join/ do the same. No unreasonable strange rules. Friends/ visitors welcomed, as long as they don’t move in.

Starhub Internet Fiber and cable TV is available, also apple TV in the living room.

You may decorate the room as you please, paint/ hang artwork, but need to return the room as previous when you decide to move out.

utility of 150 is approximate, bill sharing, and a cleaner will come once a week.
