Location is easily accessible by bus (5 mins from Bukit Merah Interchange, 10m walk from Redhill MRT) with convenient amenities around such as coffeeshops directly below, supermarkets (NTUC), Macdonald’s, subway, pizza hut, dominos are around the area and located a few mins walk away.

Rent period is a minimum period of 6-12 months with 1 month’s deposit, starting from the 1 July 2024.

The shared common areas do include the living room, which has a spacious area with sofa, TV and dining table. Kitchen is fitted with a stove, microwave, oven and fridge and washing machine.

Light cooking allowed, visitors (family and friends allowed) and no pets. Cleaning up and tidying up after eating/cooking are a must and we are looking for suitable housemates to co-live with.

Me and my gf are currently renting the unit as our previous housemates had moved out recently (we are just tenants not landlords) and are taking up one of the 2 bedrooms. We are easy going people and are usually out for work during the day.

We are looking for like-minded and easy going housemates who we can live and vibe along with.
