Looking for one person to take over a common room in a 3 bedroom Condo apartment. We are 3 friends who have rented the whole apartment and one person is leaving Singapore. Most of our hours are spent in office and we are looking for someone to take up the common room for 8 months.

Listed Rent price does not include utilities bill, cleaning charges, internet bill.

The other 2 people living in the apartment are college friends and spend a lot of time working at office.
