Segar Road

About the house:

• Bukit Panjang, Between Segar and Fajar Lrt.
• Has straight bus to town ( 35-40 mins ride only!)

Rent cost is 800 per room, will be shared with two of us at 400 each.

The rental cost includes everything!

Light cooking is allowed (boiling). There is an air fryer that is allowed to be used and to be kept clean after.

Aircon will be switched on at 10+pm till 6+am every single night (main switched is controlled).

The landlady is actually a nice lady, although no visitors are allowed, sometimes on occasion we can ask for permission to bring friends over and she is okay as long as we do not disturb the other tenant.

What’s in the room?

• Bookshelves (mine, but I don’t mind sharing)
• Big table (mine, can be shared if needed)
• Clothes rack (mine, I don’t mind sharing too)
• Fan
• AC
• Wardrobe ( will make space for your clothes)

About me:

• Off day, I will usually spend it at home or go out the whole day
• I game, talk to friends on discord too (Will keep my volume down if you are home too)
