One BR in a 3BR apartment for lease takeover, with 1.5 years left on the lease! Moving date - ASAP
The room is a very sunny and spacious, with plenty of room for a home office set up as well. The room is unfurnished but you can take over some of our large pieces of furniture for a small fee!
The apartment itself has a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with plenty of pantry + storage space, a dishwasher, and a spacious balcony for plants + laundry!
The apartment is centrally located, about 20 mins bus ride to Bugis and a quick and direct route to Botanic Gardens (bukit timah end). Condo has a pool and gym! Your housemates will be two young professionals. We’re looking for someone who will get along well with others in the apartment, and someone who’s clean and tidy.
I believe the landlord is open to pets, although none of us currently have any, if that’s a consideration!
