Hi! I’m looking for a lady or a couple to share a 2 bedder at Viz Holland. The unit is about 820 square feet. You’ll get the master room with its own ensuite and bath tub! It’s a huge room enough for a King bed + study desk comfortably. Room is unfurnished so you get to configure it however you’d like. The unit comes with an oven, fridge, washer and dryer (in a separate laundry/yard room!).

I chose this condo as it’s near to Holland Village, where you get a hawker centre, cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, gyms etc. It’s a 10 min walk to Holland Village via the back gate.

There’s a bus stop right outside entrance of condo, where you can take:

• 3 bus stops to Farrer MRT (Circle Line)
• 3 bus stops to Commonwealth MRT (East West Line)
• 6 bus stops to Botanic Gardens MRT (Thomson-East Coast Line)
• 9 bus stops to Orchard Road MRT (North South Line).

The condo has full facilities eg pool, tennis court, gym.

Cost doesn’t include utilities (should be less than $50 per pax). I also have a cleaner who can come in weekly or biweekly for your room + bathroom at an additional cost of $40 per trip.

Social, clean and responsible! I don’t cook much and don’t smoke. I work from home most days so can help you accept parcel deliveries :) In my free time I usually head to the gym or out with friends! If I’m at home I’m binge watching shows on Netflix, reading or drawing.

Dog lovers only please! I’ve an (adorable) pomsky with me on alternate weeks. He’s completely house trained, and will make a great WFH buddy! When I’ve my dog I spent most of my evenings with him bringing him on walks and to the parks.
