Your very own little space in an all-female co-living space! Looking for someone to takeover my lease, preferrably able to move in by end-November as I’ll be travelling. My room is a small but cozy private space on a ground floor, gated apartment along Still Road (South-east / Katong / Joo Chiat area). The room has a large window and windowsill, bed, folding table, storage space and a wardrobe.

The house is well-lit and is fully furnished with a modern chic aesthetic (place was newly renovated 6 months back). 5mins walk to many eateries and cafes along Katong/Joo Chiat and 15mins walk to Marine Parade & East Coast Beach.

Included! — $990/month is fixed with all-in utilities, aircon & wifi — Spacious dining and common area with 65“ TV that comes with Netflix & Amazon Prime — Fully equipped kitchen & cooking is allowed — Washer & Dryer — Shared bathrooms (2x shower / 2x WC) — No landlord staying — No visitors in the meantime due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Roomies are all local Singaporean females, a mix of students and professionals from early 20s to 30s + one lady professional in her 40s. We all keep the place as clean and neat as possible, to uphold the “aesthetic” of the place. Chill evenings, perfect for creatives/young professionals who have a keen eye for design :)

The house is 5/6 filled including me, as there is another empty room beside mine— which means it’s also possible to move in with a friend!
