About the room
Hi, we would like to rent our common room at Sengkang area. Our flat located opposite Rivervale Mall, 1 min to Rumbia LRT station, 5-6 mins to Sengkang interchange.
Surrounding there is tonnes of food court, 24 hours coffee shop at the corner, 15 different buses direct to Airport, Tampines, Changi Business Park, Serangoon, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines Giant/Ikea, Pasir ris, Marina Bay etc…
Our room is newly renovated and have Super unblock view, you will be staying with young professional Vietnamese singaporean couple (we have no kid yet!)
We love negotiable as Long as both party have mutual agreement on it. But I do hope other party will be considered as we already pretty easy going and give you the best price.
