We are a 5 minute walk from Clementi MRt station and one bus stop away from UTown. We are up on a high floor with a great breeze and a view of Bukit Timah. There is a TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. We also have plenty of books and board games. The available room is the master bedroom. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and bookcase. You’ll have your own ensuite bathroom. The space works well for one person or a couple. The kitchen is large and cooking is encouraged. All the rooms have aircon.

This is a 3-bedroom flat. We are two 20-something international female graduate students at NUS from Australia and the US. Looking for someone friendly who will hang out with us for movie nights.
